Miss Vietnam 2016 promotes Sapa tourism

Miss Vietnam 2016, Do My Linh has joined activities promoting the national tourism in the northern mountainous town of Sa Pa in Lao Cai Province recently.

Miss Vietnam 2016, Do My Linh has joined activities promoting the national tourism in the northern mountainous town of Sa Pa in Lao Cai Province recently.

The beauty had a great time exploring the beautiful quaint alpine town and experienced local ethnic people’s daily activities.

Linh was astonished at the spectacular views and grandiose scenery in Sapa which is often subdued by thick mist.

She also planted a flag on Fansipan Mountain; and hoped to have more time and good health to conquer the Fansipan Peak in the next visit.

Located at 1,600 metres above sea level in Vietnam’s remote northwest mountains, Sa Pa is a picturesque town famous for its fine, rugged scenery in line with rich cultural diversity of many ethnic minorities. Sa Pa is home to many hill tribes, as well as rice terraces, lush vegetation and Fansipan, the highest peak of the country. It has a mild temperature of 15 to 18 Celsius degree. The resort town has stood in the world’s top ten spots for walking by popular travel guide Lonely Planet.
