This village will be built on an area of 78,000 square meters in the new residential area called Mo Lao, in the Van Mo Ward of the town of Ha Dong. The total investment capital needed for the development is US $59 million and is being supplied by Poland’s TSQ International Holding.

The European style village will include 257 single and double family villas, 262 homes, a park, a lake, sports grounds, a swimming pool, and an exhibition center where products of the Ha Tay traditional trade village, including Van Phuc silk, pottery, ceramic, and more will be on display.

The Ha Tay Province is just outside the capital city of Ha Noi. The new European style village will be very close to the National Convention Center, the My Dinh National Sports Complex, and opposite to the Me Tri Ha Noi Wildlife Park.
