Phu Quoc Int'l airport welcomes first flight from Thailand
63 passengers and four crew members from Bangkok (Thailand) arrived in Phu Quoc International Airport of the island district of the Southern province of Kien Giang yesterday afternoon from Bangkok Airways’ the 1st flight No. PG991.

It was the opening flight of a direct air route connecting Thailand’s Bangkok to Phu Quoc and vice versa.
Bangkok Airways has launched this route, using ATR72-600 with 70 seats. Flight time per leg is 1 hour and 40 minutes with four flights per week.
