Vietnam Airlines increases over 100 flights to serve New Year travel

National flag carrier Vietnam Airlines (VNA) has supplemented 140 flights with nearly 27,000 seats in domestic routes from now until January 2, 2019 to meet surging travel demand in the New Year 2019.

Meantime, low cost carrier Jetstar Pacific has announced to add over 600 flights, equivalent to nearly 93,000 seats, to serve passengers.
The two carriers’ flight increase focuses on routes from Hanoi to HCMC, Da Nang, Phu Quoc and HCMC; from Hanoi to HCMC, Da Nang, Phu Quoc and from HCMC to Da Nang and Phu Quoc.
During peak time, the airlines advise passengers to buy tikects on their websites or official ticket agencies or rooms and ask for receipts after paying to prevent fake tickets or unreasonable price raise.
They should do check-in procedures through the airlines’ websites or check-in kiosks placed in Noi Bai, Da Nang and Tan Son Nhat Airport.
