AirAsia Group, Cathay Pacific, Cebu Pacific, Korean Air, Spring Airlines and Vietnam Airlines were nine airlines to be exploited at terminal 4.
The terminal covered 225,000 square meters with the aggregate design capacity of 16 million passengers a year.
Terminal 4 uses facial recognition technology system via automatic capture photo installation and passengers are offered self-service options at check-in, luggage, immigration or boarding at the area.

VNA exploited 14 flights a week for Hanoi- Singapore route and 21 flights a week for Ho Chi Minh City- Singapore route.
T4 is the newest main passenger terminal at Changi Airport.
