The Culture and Tourism Week of Mu Cang Chai terraced field opened in the northern mountainous province of Yen Bai from September 13-20.
The event themed “The golden season on mountain” aims to honor the scenic Mu Cang Chai terraced fields and promote its tourism potential and unique cultural characteristics of ethnic minorities.
The week includes many exciting activities, such as photo exhibitions, trade-tourism fair, performances of folk activities, introduction of new tours, and documentary screening Yen Bai Province.
There is also paragliding competition, goat fighting, instruction of making traditional handicrafts; and traditional markets.
