Coffee prices hit three-month low

Coffee prices in highland provinces have fallen to a three-month low at VND 23,300 ($1.33) per kilogram in Daklak Province and VND23,500 per kilogram in Lam Dong Province.

Meanwhile, the Vietnam Coffee and Cocoa Association announced that they have been buying coffee was at VND23,600 per kilogram in Daklak and Lam Dong provinces and at VND23,500 per kilogram in Gia Lai Province.

The coffee prices are VND900 – 1,200 lower than the end of last week, which has seen global coffee prices decrease sharply.

Coffee prices in London have fallen $41 to reach $1,460 per ton.
