HCMC-Based Vietnam Association of SMEs Presents

The Vietnam Association of Small and Medium - Sized Enterprises (VINASME) officially presented its Ho Chi Minh City-based branch and Southern representative office on December 26, 2005.

Around 100 small and medium - sized enterprises (SMEs) became full members of HCMC-based Association.

This new Association is designed to remove SMEs’ obstacles in human resources, business administration and capital resources.

Also on the same day, SMEs’ Human Resource Development Fund was set up. This fund, with its VND1billion staring capital contributed by its members, will focus on human resource training development, labor scholarships…

Apparently, VINASME licensed in April 2005 is the latest-established business group in Vietnam.
