Government requires to make clear violations by Khaisilk Group

Standing Deputy Prime Minister Truong Hoa Binh, head of the national steering committee against smuggling, trade fraud and counterfeit, has required authorized agencies to make clear legal violations in silk trade by Khaisilk Group.

The requirement was made after Khaisilk scarfs were found labeled both “made in Vietnam’ and ‘made in China’.
Mr. Binh assigned the Ministry of Industry and Trade to work Ministries of Finance, Public Security, Science and Technology and relevant agencies to carry out the requirement.
Results should be reported to the Prime Minister before December 15.
He prompted news agencies and associations to intensify propaganda against trade fraudulence, counterfeit trading, intellectual property violations especially to businesses who produce or trade products of craft villages cross over the country.
In addition, they should condemn and denounce law violations to protect the nation’s prestige and consumers’ right.
