81 companies from Kanai, Japan, joined a meeting organized in Ho Chi Minh on March 4 to introduce investment possibilities in the Southern Industrial Zone. The companies are looking for Vietnamese projects.
The meeting was organized by small to medium sized companies in the south, the Japan External Trade Organization and Osaka International Business Promotion Center.
According to a survey of 3,000 Japanese companies, most will choose Vietnam as a place to invest in the future. Projects include transportation, high technology and the service industry.
The city hoped the Japanese companies would continue to invest in the city’s projects.
