That is part of important contents relating to senior personnel approved at the bank’s second extraordinary shareholders meeting this year on June 5.
The vote came after the shareholders meeting passed the dismissal of Mr. Duong Cong Minh from the board’s chairman.
At the meeting, Mr. Pham Doan Son was voted to permanent vice chairman of the board of directors cum director general of the bank.
Previously on April 26, LienVietPostBank’s first extraordinary shareholders meeting removed Mr. Nguyen Van Huong from permanent vice chairman of the board of directors.
