MobiFone, VinaPhone and Viettel, three major mobile phone networks in Vietnam, announced Wednesday that they would distribute iPhone handsets in the country in the next few months.
The three operators all said they would deal out iPhone 3G and 3GS manufactured by Apple.
The three corporations had not confirmed their contracts with Apple until Jan. 20.
They kept silence to respect Apple’s wishes. The contracts had been signed earlier.
However, the three corporations have not announced their distribution timeframes, prices and associated services.
