Mondelez to spend US$200 million to improve Vietnamese coffee

The world’s second largest coffee company Mondelez--one of the biggest coffee buyers in Vietnam and owner of Jacobs, CarteNoire, and Kenco brands, plans to spend US$200 million to open coffee training centers for farmers in Vietnam.

This is part of a sustainable development program ‘Coffee made Happy’ which aims to help one million coffee growers to increase production, quality of coffee beans and trading of coffee by 2020.
