The bid packages’ value totaled VND61,880 billion (US$2.64 billion) and bid wining value was VND57,250 billion ($2.45 billion).
According to the agency, the e-bidding process has contributed in preventing and fighting corruption and violations in bidding.
However, the ratio of e-bidding did not meet target as per plan, the competitiveness and economic efficiency of e-bidding have not been exploited at the maximum level, the total value of e-bid packages was not high and the legal value of documents in the e-bidding system has not been aware of and recognized fully by relevant sides.
