Binh Dinh Minerals Joint Stock Company (BMC) officially floated 4,130,810 shares on the Ho Chi Minh Stock Exchange on June 20. These are bonus shares issued for the company’s current shareholders on April 11 this year.

From June 22 to July 22, Vietnam Investment Fund, a major shareholder of Vietnam Sun Corporation (VNS), registered to buy 500,000 shares, increasing ownership to 4,227,860 shares, or 14.09 percent stake, for short-term investment.

CFR International Spa, a major shareholder of Domesco Medical Import - Export Joint Stock Corporation (DMC), bought 212,400 shares out of 757,954 shares registered to buy from April 13 to June 13 due to limited foreign room. CFR International Spa currently holds 8,181,020 shares, accounting for 45.95 percent stake.

VF2 currently holds 603,900 shares or 6.71 percent stake.

Song Da Mechanical Assembling Joint Stock Company (MEC) assigned Truong Le Hoang Anh Thy as deputy director-general from May 22, and Pham Duc Trong, chief accountant as investor relation officer from June 7.

Tung Kuang Industrial Joint Stock Company (TKU) announced that Liu Chien Hung, deputy director-general cum chief accountant, was assigned to become director-general from June 13, and Vu Nguyen Thi Hanh to become temporary accountant until the firm recruits personnel for this post.
