Mirae Joint Stock Company (KMR) 1,519,770 additional shares issued to pay bonus shares to existing shareholders, worth VND15.2 billion, are officially available for trade from August 10, 2012.

Ben Thanh Corporation, whose deputy CEO is Nguyen Thi, chairman of Khanh Hoi Import Export JSC (KHA), registered to buy 500,000 shares from August 14 to September 14. After the share purchase, Ben Thanh Corp. aims to raise holdings to 4,374,477 shares or 34.26 percent stake.

From August 14 to September 14, Bui Huu Phuc, son of Bui Dinh Quy, BOD member of Hanoi Maritime Joint Stock Company (MHC), registered to buy 700,000 shares to increase his holdings to 700,330 shares, to raise ownership ratio.

From August 15 to September 15, Ho Duc Lam, chairman of Rang Dong Plastic Joint-Stock Company (RDP), registered to buy 2.5 million shares, or 22.3 percent stake, for investment.

Le Thi Minh Hien, daughter of Le Minh Hieu, chairman of Ca Mau Frozen Seafood Processing Import Export Corporation (CMX), registered to buy 1,322,200 shares, or 10 percent stake, to become a major shareholder of the company.

Nguyen Thi Dam, sister of Nguyen Thi Da, IR officer of Ca Mau Frozen Seafood Processing Import Export Corporation (CMX), failed to sell all 10,700 shares, or 0.08 percent stake, registered to sell from July 10 to August 8 due to unmatched prices. From August 15 to September 15, she registered to sell all 10,700 shares for personal expenses.

Vuong Ngan Hao, brother of Vuong Ngoc Xiem, BOD member cum deputy CEO of Kinh Do Corporation (KDC), failed to sell 2,000 shares registered to sell by August 8 due to unmatched prices.

Nguyen Minh Tam, deputy CEO of Saigon Thuong Tin Commercial Joint Stock Bank or Sacombank (STB) violated trading result disclosure regulations for reporting his trading result on August 2, 2012 later than regulated and not doing transaction during exact period as registered.

NDH Vietnam Ltd, a major shareholder of Pan Pacific Corporation (PAN), bought 132,230 shares from July 20 to August 6, increasing holdings to 920,030 shares, or 7.96 percent stake.

Le Thai Cuong, BOD member of Duyen Hai Multi Modal Transport Joint Stock Company (TCO), bought 10,000 shares on August 6, raising his ownership to 493,998 shares, or 3.87 percent stake.

Nguyen Ngoc Que Chi, wife of Van Tat Chien, deputy CEO of S.P.M Corporation (SPM), failed to sell all her 10,000 shares as registered from July 6 to August 6 for personal financial need as she was unable to find buyers.

Saigon Petro, a major shareholder of Materials - Petroleum Joint Stock Company (COM), registered to buy 400,000 shares to increase ownership ratio. After the share purchase, Saigon Petro will hold 4,166,850 shares, or 30.3 percent stake.

Phu Nhuan Jewelry Joint Stock Company (PNJ) announced August 22 as ex-date and August 24 as record date to pay dividends at VND1,000 per share and bonus shares at a ratio of 5:1. The dividends payment will be made on September 14, 2012. The company planned to use capital surplus to issue 11,999,686 shares to pay bonus shares.

Textbook Printing Joint Stock Company (SAP) announced that Nguyen Thi Thao, vice director cum chief accountant, retired on August 3, 2012.

Nguyen Hong Duc, BOS member of Lam Dong Foodstuff JSC (VDL), sold none out of 1,636 shares registered to sell from May 28 to July 24, 2012 keeping his ownership at 8,636 shares or 0.28 percent stake.
