Over the week, the Vietnamese benchmark fell by nearly 11 percent.
The HaSTC-Index of the Hanoi Securities Trading Center also saw a sixth consecutive fall, sliding by 5.12% against the previous session to close at 160.6.
This week’s trading volume and value per session - 12.98 million stocks and over VND531 billion - also underwent a plunge against last week’s 27.67 million and nearly VND1.14 trillion.
