Total VND 34 billion from selling shares will be used to upgrade An Suong Station which has total investment capital of VND 100.9billion.
Vinamilk (VNM) announced that F&N Dairy Investments Pte.Ltd has registered to buy 14.5million shares from August 28 to September 26, aiming to increase its possession rate from 16.04 percent up to 17.04 percent, equal to 247.3million of VNM’s shares.
Before, it registered to buy 14.5million shares but it did not succeed.
F&N Dairy Investments Pte.Ltd so far has occupied more 5million of VNM’s shares.
