Around 200 enterprises from across the country are participating in the event, presenting fresh fruits and vegetables, processed fruit, seeds and farm equipment to prospective customers and business partners.
The Fruit Expo aims to promote Vietnamese fruit brands in the domestic market as well as boost exports in the international market. This will also provide an opportunity to orchard owners to exchange their experiences.
On this occasion, the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee has launched a campaign "Vietnamese give priority to made-in-Vietnam goods".
‘Viet Fruit Expo 2011’ will run until December 4.
