2007 Vietnamese Song Award Concludes

Musician Luu Ha An’s Con co (Stork) scooped up the “The song of the Year” and “The most favorite song” prizes in the Vietnamese Song Award 2007 final in Ha Noi last night.

Musicians receive the 2007 Vietnamese song awards.

Singer Tung Duong who performed this contemporary folk song also won the title “The Most Favorite Singer”.

The Best Contemporary Folk Song and the Best Contemporary Pop-Rock Song respectively went to Doc huyen cam (Monochord) of musician Bao Lan and Luu Thien Huong’s Quat giay (Paper fan).

Composer Nguyen Duy Hung got “The best symphonic song” title with the song Thanh thi (The city).

Musician Le Minh Son received the Viet Nam Musician Association’s special award for his work on Mua phun (Drizzle).

The Best Sound Mixer award went to musician Son Thach. The Most Impressive Musician and the Best Creative Musician awards belonged to Trinh Minh Hien and Nguyen Duc Cuong.

Meanwhile Sa Huynh and Le Yen Hoa scored the Most Promising Musician awards offered by Tuoi Tre Newspaper. The best song on current social issues chosen by the Military Arts and Culture University was bestowed on musician Le Dang Khoa.
