Art performance marks Russia's October Revolution in Hanoi

An art performance titled “Ten days that shook the world” marking 100th anniversary of the Russian October Revolution (1817-1917) will be broadcast live on VTV1 channel at 8.10 p.m. on November 4.

The event will present to audience reports on historical events of the Russian October Revolution, the Russian communist revolutionary and politician Vladimir Lenin, the 900-day long siege of Leningrad during World War 2. These documentaries were shot in Russia.
Visitors will also have a chance to enjoy music performance featuring Russian popular songs, such as Moscow nights, Victory's Day and more.
In related news, the Russian Cultural Week celebrating 100 years of Russia's October Revolution is also held in Ho Chi Minh City on October 30-November 5. The event aims to bring Vietnamese audience and the Russian community in the city an exciting moment in music with a realistic look on the Russian culture and people
Visitors will have a chance to learn more about musical instruments, photography and tools of the Vietnamese – Russian cultures and enjoy Russian cuisine at a buffet dinner.
