Artworks presented with Ho Chi Minh prize, State prize 2016 displayed in Hanoi

An exhibition featuring art works by 13 artists who won Ho Chi Minh Awards and the State Prize in 2016 opened at the Vietnam National Museum of Fine Arts on August 3.

Two authors received Ho Chi Minh Awards, including photographer Luong Nghia Dung and sculptor Ta Quang Bao.
Authors who were awarded the State Prize in the fields of literature and art are painters Nguyen Bich, Co Tan Long Chau, Buu Chi, Le Lam, Do Son; sculptors Phan Gia Huong, Nguyen Van Que; photographers Nguyen Huu Cay, Hua Thanh Kiem, Lam Tan Tai and Mau Hoang Thiet.
The display presents to viewers prize winning works with profound meaning and high artistic value.
The event will run until September 8.
