Ancient Capital’s Architecture Discovered at Tran Temple, Nam Dinh

Archaeological specialists explored five investigating holes with the total area of 50 square meters surrounding Tran temple and discovered relics such as bricks, tiles, decorative furniture, imperial high quality objects and the architectural ruins of Tran Dynasty’s imperial palace.

Most objects were still intact, and many relics are similar to those discovered in Hoang Thanh-Thang Long. Findings lead to more excavations to turn this area into a tourist cultural center of Nam Dinh Province.
