According to curator Vi Kien Thanh, head of the Fine Arts, Photography and Exhibition Department under the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, participants will be selected from artists who have paintings met criteria for the quality of art and best seller.
The event’s organizer, the Fine Arts, Photography and Exhibition Department expects to tend to focus on the balance between art and finance.
