Saigon Reggae Festival 2016 opens this wekeend

More than 40 artists, including DJs, dancers and painters will join the Saigon Reggae Festival 2016 at Cargo Event Space in Ho Chi Minh City’s District 4 on January 23.

12-hour event featuring live music, art exhibition, dance show, and LED show will transport visitors’ minds, bodies, and souls to a new world.

The DJ’s, graffiti artists, video artists, dancers and audience will collaborate to provide a 12 hour live art performance! DJ’s and visual artists will take you on their spaceship and rocket you through the wormhole into another dimension. The graffiti artists will paint transforming outer space 3d designs live on stage.

Mc Macky Banton from the UK, DJ Jaïro of France, and Singaporean-Canadian female rapper Masia One from the Singapura Dub Club will take part in the festival as special International guests.
Visitors will have a chance to participate on art projects and leave their marks on the festival, such as making creative juices at the Art for All Cube with IWS-Vietnam, joining a painting contest and an art exhibition.

The art exhibition presents collaboration between Giant Step Urban Art Gallery and Live Art Saigon Vietnam showing works of local and international artists.
