British rock band Zun Zun Egui will perform at the Ho Chi Minh City Conservatory of Music and the Hanoi Youth Theater on November 25 and 26.
Zun Zun Egui was formed in the side streets in Bristol, and now has fans throughout the country. With a series of releases and a growing word-of-mouth reputation, the group has invitations to play music all over the world.
They describe their sound as, “Wild multi-lingual vocal incantations and splenetic, world-wise guitar licks mingle with zig-zag splashes of keyboard color, while heavy, heavy bass and drums offer the crucial undertone that commits any foot with the feeling to dance.”
The band has just released their debut album ‘Katang’, accompanied with single, video and remixes.
The event is part of the European Music Festival 2011 in Vietnam.
