The British Council will organise two educational events, the ‘Vietnam-UK dialogue on Sustainable Development of Vocational Training’ and ‘the Pathway to University Mission’ from January 14 to 16 for Vietnamese students.
The Council, in partnership with Vietnam General Department of Vocational Training (GDVT), will organise a dialogue on the ‘Sustainable Development of Vocational Training’ at the Sofitel Plaza Hotel, 1 Thanh Nien Street, Hanoi, on January 14.
The dialogue aims to provide opportunities for over 100 UK and Vietnam colleges to share their successes and experiences in the developing markets.
The event also aims to foster dialogue between training providers and industry to aid better development of vocational training programs.
The second event will be the Pathway to University Mission 2011, which will take place on January 15 and 16. In this event Vietnamese parents and students will have the opportunity to learn about pathway programs, including vocational routes which lead to obtaining a UK university degree.
Alongside the exhibition there will be a number of seminars providing valuable and in-depth guidance on how to choose a ‘UK Pathway program’ and choose which pathway provider would best suit your Childs need. There will also be mock classes and consultation sessions on tips to achieve high IELTS scores.
There will be plenty of scholarship opportunities and a lucky draw with many attractive prizes.
The event will be held in Hanoi on January 15 at the Horison Hotel, 40 Street Cat Linh, and in Ho Chi Minh City on January 16 at Duxton Hotel, 63 Street Nguyen Hue, District 1.
