The certificate-giving ceremony took place in Hanoi University of Science and Technology. Four universities include the National University of Civil Engineering, Da Nang University of Technology, HCM City University of Technology and Hanoi University of Science and Technology.
All four universities offer the French government-supported Excellent Engineer Training Program (PFIEV), a joint training to train top-level engineers and managers to take on leadership roles in key sectors throughout Vietnam.
They always take training and scientific research quality as golden goal in all activities. The accreditation is valid for five years, from 2017 to 2022.
As a member of the European Association for Quality Assurance in Higher Education (ENQA) and the European Standards and Guidelines (ESG), HCERES is an independent administrative authority. The organization may also participate in the evaluation of international higher education and research institutions -- either through international cooperation programs or upon request.
