Children with cleft lip and/or palate will receive free surgeries at the Ho Chi Minh City Medical University Hospital in District 5 from September 16-23.

The Operation Smile Vietnam has cooperated with the Vietnam Children's Fund and HCM City Medical University Hospital to launch free surgery program for about 100 chilren born with a broken upper lip at 6 months old and over, weighing between 8 and 12 kg and over.
