Tele-examination system installed for Con Dao island

People’s Committee of the southern province of Ba Ria-Vung Tau approved to spend $3.9 billion ($167,496 ) on a long-distance health monitoring system, or tele-examination system, for healthcare task in the island.

There has been lots of difficulties in healthcare task in the island and poor-equipped medical facilities can’t meet demand of residents in the island.
To remedy the situation, authorities of Ba Ria-Vung Tau will equip medical facilities with some machines for treating patients and contacting with other hospitals in land such as Cho Ray Hospital for consultations of serious illness.
