HCMC to launch in-home vaccination program

Chairman of the HCMC People’s Committee Nguyen Thanh Phong said that the city will organize a mobile program to inject Covid-19 vaccines to the individuals. The in-home vaccination program could help make vaccine distribution easier.

HCMC may extend social distancing by another two weeks after August 1

Chairman of the HCMC Peole’s Committee Nguyen Thanh Phong said that perhaps it will take months for the city put the ongoing coronavirus outbreak under control. Therefore, the city may extend its current social distancing period by another two weeks after August 1 due to the continuing rise in the number of patients with Covid-19.

HCMC Party Chief visits Covid-19 patients in field hospital

Over 3,800 Covid-19 patients released from hospitals in HCMC as of July 28

The Ho Chi Minh City Center for Disease Control (HCDC) said that more than 3,800 patients have been treated and recovered from Covid-19 enough to be discharged from hospitals in Ho Chi Minh City as of July 28, bringing the total number of Covid-19 patients released from hospitals to 25,189 people since the pandemic outbreak.
