City invests over US$40 million in industrial zones

Ho Chi Minh City Export Processing and Industrial Zones Authority (HEPZA) invested US$42.6 million for 10 projects.  They have also given licenses to multiple projects.

Three Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) projects cost US$11.8 million. Three local investment projects cost VND250 billion (US$11.8 million). Four other projects cost US$18.77 million.

Among them are Vina-Bat Tobacco Joint Stock Company in Vinh Loc industrial zone in Binh Chanh District and An Thien Pharmaceutical Co. Ltd in Hiep Phuoc industrial zone in Nha Be District.
