Ho Chi Minh City has announced that investors of Tay Saigon project comprising a wastewater collection system and a treatment plant in Saigon River will receive special assistances from local authorities.

The project is estimated to cost over US$320.34 million, comprising US$270.5 million for the plant.
Besides, special assistances will be provided to investors of other infrastructure projects such as metro, monorail, outer belt road and seaport relocation works.
Local authorities will also offer other priorities to encourage businesses to invest in infrastructure field to promote the city’s position of an economic motive force in the country.
They would rationalize policies, further simplify administrative procedures, create land fund and accompany investors to solve difficulties.
