Infrastructural Works Started for Street Innovation

Technical infrastructural planning for the underground works of electricity, telecoms and drainage in Nam Ky Khoi Nghia - Nguyen Van Troi street in Ho Chi Minh City should be completed so that the street innovation project can start.

According to the investor Urban Transport Project Management Unit No.1, there are currently around 20 underground structures intended for the street. This is one of the reasons for the delay.

Another reason, presented by the designing consultant, is the lack of a detailed design plan while the 5-phase project must be carried out together with other underground works, said a representative for the construction unit.
