Two more bus routes are scheduled to operate in August to serve travelling demand of passengers from and to the new bus station.
As design, the new coach station will sever more than seven million of passengers a year. In the near future, this is the international inter-bus station to travel some Southeast Asian countries.
Therefore, public transport services connecting the city center or neighboring localities to the bus station are considered as a core problem to ensure effectiveness and smooth traffic after the new bus station is put into operation.
Total investment of the first phase project is estimated at around VND 740 billion (US$ 317.5 million).
