The ship is scheduled to leave the city on November 21.
Ship for Southeast Asian Youth Program is a cooperative program between 10 ASEAN member countries and Japanese Government since 1974, aiming to strengthen friendship and diplomatic relations among countries. Vietnam officially participated in SSEAYP in 1995.
