The incident occurs in HH4C Linh Dam apartment in the capital city of Hanoi.
Earlier, at 10 p.m. on August 3, many residents living in the apartment heard loud banging noises coming from the area of the third-floor skylight.
The functional agencies initially identified that the victim was born in 2009 and lived with her mother and stepfather in the 12th-floor apartment, and found a letter which is suspected to be the victim’s writings.
Currently, the functional forces continue to investigate the case and verify the letter.
