Agent Orange Victims Get “Primary” Help

Two students – 3rd grader Tran Do Thanh Thanh and 5th grader Huynh Ngoc Han – have donated VND 7.3 million (US$ 456) for Agent Orange victims in Vinh Long Province.

The donation is made through the Red Cross society of the Mekong Delta province, Deputy Director of the Vinh Long Cultural House, Luu Thi Hong Thu announced yesterday.

Thanh and Han had participated in the Children’s Pictures Club organized by the Cultural House.

In an exhibition of 130 pictures themed “Native Land In Children’s Eyes”, Thanh and Han sold 62 works and earned over VND14 million, out of which they donated VND 7.3 million.
