The general public believes that the government’s determination is the most important factor in the fight against corruption, according to the results of an online poll on the Government Inspectorate’s website.
The other options include “Raising the living standards of public servants” (20.6%), “Stepping up administrative reforms and improving transparency” (13%), “Improving the legal system” (9.8%) and “Strengthening the individual responsibilities of public servants” (6.1%).
Only 3.9% of readers think “The public’s participation” is the most important thing to combat corruption, while 7.4% have other ideas.
