The delegation will offer scholarships to students, join an exchange with border guards of the Lung Cu Border Guard Station, visit Lung Cu flag tower and Vi Xuyen martyrs' cemetery in Tuyen Quang Province.
The event called “Beloved border” aims to raise the people’s awareness of the country's sovereignty, pay tribute heroic martyrs who had bravely fought and sacrificed their lives for the cause of national liberation, national construction and defense.
It also marks the 70th anniversary of the Martyrs' and Wounded Soldiers' Day.
