The management board of Ho Chi Minh High Road Restoration Project, the People’s Committee of the central highlands province of Dac Lac and Construction Company 470 held a ground-breaking ceremony to begin the upgrade of Highway 14 lying in the south of Buon Ma Thuot City September 6.

The project to upgrade 13.5 kilometers of the highway, a part of Ho Chi Minh trail project, will cost VND437 billion (US$24 million).
The construction company has begun the first phase of broadening a section of the highway from Ea Tam to Khanh Xuan wards in the town.
It is expected that the section will be completed by April of 2011.
