Chairman of Ho Chi Minh City People’s Committee Le Hoang Quan had a working with Messer Group at Frankfurt city in Germany yesterday during his visit in Germany, Italy and Hungary.
Messer is one of the world’s leading industrial gas companies. Messer has been presented in Vietnam with the first establishment of Messer Hai Phong since 1997.
Currently, Messer established its liquid carbon dioxide (CO2) separation units in Hai Duong, Hai Phong, Binh Phuoc and Ba Ria- Vung Tau province.
At the meeting, leaders of the group expressed their desire to boost further food and beverage liquid CO2 product, solve difficulties in biological gasoline E5 production and distribution via cooperation between the two sides.
Chairman Le Hoang Quan appreciated experiences, research results and application of modern technology solutions of Messer Group in industrial gases productivity.
Messer has many potentialities in biological gasoline E5 productivity cooperation with Vietnam because the Vietnamese Government encourages people to use E5 bio-fuel to protect the environment.
Ho Chi Minh City is willing to create the best conditions for the group’s investment in the field, and suggested Messer to offer scholarships for Vietnamese students.
On the same day, the Chairman and his delegation visited Vietnamese Consulate General in Frankfurt.
Vietnamese Consulate General in Frankfurt has been established in 2007, and it covers six Southern and Western States in Germany with 65, 000 Vietnamese residents
Germany has invested three’s key underway projects in Ho Chi Minh City such as German House, Metro Line No.2 and Vietnam-Germany University.
