Le Huu Tuan, a paraplegic, received a letter from President Truong Tan Sang on January 22 congratulating him for graduating university.
Tuan sets an exemplary model for people with disabilities, said President Sang.
President Sang acknowledged in the letter Tuan’s ability to share wisdom and skills with other students. Many of the students in his neighborhood passed university entrance exams due to his tutoring.
President Sang also praised Tuan for his determination and hopes he will lead others who suffer from similar conditions.
