A Government working group inspected the construction sites of Dong Nai's No.3 and 4 hydropower plants on Saturday.Contractors are preparing to stop the flow of the Dong Nai River in order to build a foundation for the No. 4 plant.

The plants, with a capacity of 180MW and 340MW respectively, are located in the Central Highland provinces of Lam Dong and Dak Nong.
Invested in by Vietnam Electricity (EVN), the VND12 trillion projects are expected to be commissioned in late 2009 and 2010.
