State President Nguyen Minh Triet and his wife will pay official visits to Russia from Oct. 26-29 and Mongolia from Oct. 30-31.
The visits will be made at the invitation of Russian President Dmitry Mevedev and Mongolian President Nambaryn Enkhbayar.
