On the occasion, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Foreign Affairs, Chairman of the Vietnam-China Steering Committee on Bilateral Cooperation Mr. Pham Binh Minh also exchanged congratulatory messages with Yang Jiechi who is the Chairman of China- Vietnam Steering Committee on Bilateral Cooperation and Foreign Affairs Minister of China Wang Yi.
