The Vietnamese Red Cross Association (VNRCA) recently donated VND 380 million to the underprivileged ethnic minorities and Agent Orange victims in 23 poor highland provinces of Viet Nam.

This is one of the activities run by the VNRCA, aiming at mobilizing the whole community’s financial support to help the Vietnamese poor people and victims of the toxic defoliant enjoy a comfortable Lunar New Year holiday.
