By December 1, a cold spell will continue operating stronger and spreading out the coastal mid- central and south- central provinces.

Because of an impact of the ongoing cold front, the daytime temperature is expected to drop sharply at 10- 13 degrees Celsius in the northern mountainous region, at 13- 16 degrees Celsius in the Red Delta region.

In the next couple of days, the southern region will experience medium- heavy rain on the large scale because of tropical- low depression appearance in the south part of the East Sea.

The southern territorial waters of the East Sea including the Spratly Islands and provinces from Binh Thuan to Ca Mau, from Ca Mau to Kien Giang and Gulf of Thailand will suffer showery weather, thunderstorm, cyclone and powerful wind of level 6-7.
