HCMC under heat wave

The National Hydro Meteorological Forecasting Center on February 4 said that Ho Chi Minh City and the southeastern region are suffering a heat wave, which will last until the Tet Lunar New Year Festival.

Temperatures might soar to 33-36 degrees Celsius in daytime but reduce to only 21-24 degrees at night.

From February 10, the first day of the lunar year, the mercury will slightly decrease by 1-2 degrees to swing around 31-34 degrees.
