South East Sea needs to prevent cyclone & powerful wind

The south East Sea, territorial waters from Binh Dinh to Ca Mau & Ca Mau to Kien Giang and Gulf of Thailand are forecast experiencing showery rains and thunderstorms.

The National Hydrology Meteorology Forecast Center warned that cyclone and strong wind can appear in the thunderstorms.

According to weather forecast, Hanoi capital, the west-northern and east- northern  provinces continue experiencing small- medium rains, thunderstorms, air humidity of 65- 98 percent, the lowest temperature at 21- 26 degrees Celsius and its peak temperature at 28- 32 degrees Celsius, even up to over 32 degrees Celsius in some areas. 

The provinces from Thanh Hoa to Thua Thien Hue, from Da Nang to Binh Thuan continue suffering rain, thunderstorm, air humidity of 55- 93 percent, the lowest temperature at 24- 27 degrees Celsius and its peak temperature at 29- 34 degrees Celsius, even up to over 34 degrees Celsius in several localities.

In the same situation, the weather phenomenon in both the Central Highlands and the southern region is sun at daytime, small- medium rain, cyclone, powerful wind and thunderstorm in evening, air humidity of 60- 98 percent. The highest temperature in the areas is measured at 30- 33 degrees Celsius, and the lowest temperature at 20- 27 degrees Celsius.
